Liu Zhongxi is an associate professor, tutor of master's degree students and dean of English Department of Hainan Normal University. In 2003, he started to work as a teacher in Department of Foreign Languages, Hainan Normal University. Since then, he continued to study at Zhejiang Normal University, Singapore Regional Language Center and Institute of Teacher Education，Beijing Normal University. In recent years, he has authored one textbook and one monograph for English majors, published more than 10 academic papers, and presided over three provincial projects and two school-level projects. In 2016, he won the first prize in Hainan Competition for Foreign Language Micro-course, the third prize in Hainan Competition for College English Teaching in 2015, and the second prize in 2014 for school-level teaching achievements.
